Over the weekend, Lil Wayne and Toya Wright threw their daughter Reginae one of the most epic Sweet 16 parties imaginable. The party took place in Atlanta and to cap off some highlights, Reginae arrived in a white carriage, had four outfit changes, Nicki Minaj performed while Reginae took the stage with her, then Reginae took the stage to perform and receive her gigantic birthday cake and to top it all off, got a brand new Ferrari and a BMW.
